did something very wrong bcoz of my temper out burst. still in recovery phase in diluting the guilt in me. Feel very sick now.

try not to let the guilt overpower you, k? =)
if you can, apologise (or if u already did), and let go. move on. don't revisit or rethink it too much.

My mind has already let go but my body reacts to the stress in such a way that, making myself to feel depress again. It feels like the stress during college life is digesting me again. You know that very well, Jin, on how the stress killed me last time.

hm, don't know what's going on, but I take your word for it that it is something serious. Don't give in to the stress man...its a piece of walking, stalking bastard that tries to bring everyone down. Do the Eva-gorilla scream if you damn stress heh. Can discuss with you if you wana talk bout it man. Can't knn you from so far range here in ireland haha. Whatever happened, you just have to live and deal with the consequences and leave it behind you after that.

Now the storm is over, but the damage is done and nothing can change it. I've lost a lot of things due to this experience, even a very good friend. Nothing i can do to turn back time.
